LEGAL DEPOSIT

Producers are required, under the Act respecting the legal deposit of published documents, to deposit their posters. According to this Act, two copies of each poster must be provided to BAnQ within a specific timeframe following its printing. This deposit allows for the collection, preservation, and dissemination of all published Quebec documentary heritage.

 

To simplify the process for our clients and ensure the preservation of this heritage, Publicité Sauvage, under a special agreement with BAnQ, handles the poster submission. BAnQ then sends an acknowledgement of receipt to the clients.
